Pacovis assumes Josef Unterweger KG

Pacovis acquired 100% of the Austrian company Josef Unterweger KG, a commercial enterprise for non-returnable packaging and paper goods, as per 1 June 2011. The family-owned company was established in 1946, currently employs 25 staff members and holds an excellent position in the Austrian market.

Pacovis supplied Unterweger with naturesse products for many years. The acquisition now offers the two companies new possibilities of cooperation in various sectors. Furthermore, the market potential in the packaging solutions market segment has doubled for Pacovis as a result of the acquisition.

Josef Unterweger KG will continue to expand its current business operations as a legally independent business unit under the management of Mr. Albin Lintner at its current domicile in Vienna.
